If for ANY REASON or NO REASON you want a refund within the first 30 days, just ask, its yours. After that, you still only pay for what you use*. (*See below for details.)

Only pay for what you use

After your initial 30-day risk free period, you still only pay for the months you use. At the end of any month you cancel, you owe us nothing. If you paid for more than a month in advance, we will refund you the balance. However if you received a discount for paying for more than one month in advance, such as a whole year, and you cancel early, we will calculate your refund based on usage as if you paid monthly – since you did not complete the full period inferred in the discount.

How and when are payments charged?

Your card is charged on the first of the month beginning each payment cycle. Payment cycles can be monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or annually. The first amount you pay will be pro-rated for the month you start, unless you start after the 25th of any month, at which point your first payment will be a prorated amount for the rest of that month plus next month.

What type of service is included with the support?

Technical support, bug fixes, performance improvements, content updates, and design updates. Content updates means updating content to the website. Content includes text, images, graphics, audio files, videos and other media.

What happens after I request service?

We will contact you with any questions we may have and if we can meet your needs* you will receive an email asking for WordPress Admin credentials for a user with an Administrator role. This will allow us to service your requested services. *Because we cannot service all websites, each request must be reviewed and approved.

What credit cards do you accept?

We use Stripe which accepts all major debit and credit cards in all currencies. You can learn more here.

Do you store our credit card information?

No. Although we need access to charge your card for each billing cycle, we let Stripe store your credit card information so it is as secure as possible. We can only see the last 4 digits of your card and the expiration date. Stripe is a global giant that processes billions of dollars every year for forward-thinking businesses around the world.

Does unused time roll over to the next month?

The time allocated to support your needs each month is reserved our my calendar to care your needs. This ensures that we have the time and resources to help you when you need it. However in order for us to keep our time available each month, that time does not roll over to the next month. This ensures we are available when you need us according to the plan you are on.

What if I need more time per month?

Additional time is billed at the standard hourly rate of $150/hr.
